How to request a refund
- Reply to your Stripe receipt email with the word "refund," or
- Email hello@zerotoprofit.com from the address you used to buy, and include your order/receipt number.
We process approved refunds back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it).
Because this is a digital product
Your purchase gives you immediate access to downloadable files. Requesting a refund ends your license to use the ebook, workbook, and bonus directory, and you agree to delete your copies. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
